soupy

The fact that I haven't posted in a couple days I'll blame on the fact that I can't find the battery charger for my camera and my small wii addiction ;)

I did make a really good soup the other night....no picture or exact measurements(oops), but this is what was in it:

1 can black beans
1/2 bag frozen brussel sprouts
tons of crushed red pepper
couple handfuls of spinach
nutritional yeast
few garlic cloves
olive oil
balsalmic vinegar
enough vegetable broth to make it soupy


Cooked it all for a while, threw it in the blender, simmered it on low for a while more...
YUM!
